How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email from our couriers either GLS/An Post (for Ireland deliveries) or An Post/UPS (for UK Mainland, USA , Canada and ROW) containing your tracking ID number.
I received the wrong item, what do I do now?
Apologies that you received the incorrect item in your order. If you could email info@kilkennygroup.com with an image of the item, you received. Upon receiving this we will arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you.
How do I return an item?

My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please send on an image of the damaged item. These can be sent into info@kilkennygroup.com. Once we receive these we can go ahead and get this resolved by means or a replacement.
